How do I order?

• Click PRODUCTS on the navigation bar, then click on the department you want.
• You should now see some products click on the product picture for size info,
• Once you're happy with your choice click on ADD TO BASKET
• You should now see your selection in the shopping basket, to go back to the store, click CONTINUE SHOPPING
• Or, if you're ready to buy, click on CHECK OUT
• The next few screens will prompt you to enter your payment and address details

What size should I buy?

Generally speaking, our Tshirts are not in the 'baggy' style, and could be described as 'slightly fitted'. Measurements where shown in the bigger product window if you click on the picture of a product.

When will I get my Blueskin order?

We ship within 1-2 days of receiving your order. However, please allow 14 days for delivery as some items can suddenly become out of stock due to spikes in demand. Where possible, we will warn you about long delivery times on products by placing (14 Day Delivery) in the drop-down menus.

What does 'Charcoal' (or any other colour) look like?

All of our products will have photos in a bigger window. Colours on your computer monitor cannot be a 100% exact representation of the actual T-Shirts, but should give a good idea of what you'll be getting.

How can I be sure my Credit Card details are safe?

All credit card transactions are processed by PayPal who are one of the leading online transaction processors in the UK for safety and reliability. PayPal processes your payment securely and we receive your order requirements. We never see your credit card details.

What if I want to send something back?

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. We operate just like any mail order company, so if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or it just doesn't fit and you want a different size: Please return it in its original packaging, unworn, with the order number, and instructions as to what you would like us to do. We will then send out an alternative size at no extra cost to you or give you a refund. Please read full Returns Policy

Blueskin does not disclose buyer's information to third parties, we hate spam just like you do. If you sign up for our newsletter we can assure you that your email address will not be passed on to any other third parties, you will receive a short, text-only, monthly newsletter explaining our latest products, special offers and events, and you always have the option to unsubscribe.
